A protester marching in solidarity on the U.S. side of the U.S.-Mexico border reaches an image of José Antonio Elena Rodríguez through the wall, during a memorial vigil on the anniversary of the day 16 year old Rodríguez was shot between 16-18 times by the U.S. Border Patrol.
